OSGRL was Registered with corporate affairs commission CAC on 20^th  December with registration number 1381298  with Executive management on Otunba Olaniyi George Adesuyi and secretariat office on Mrs Adetutu Bolanle Adesuyi the company is currently serving and managing consultant for Agro- allied Commodities and service producers Nigeria ltd and Agro- Allied Cooperative Multipurpose Union Ltd, Federation in areas of financial use, reseller of machinery to farmers and Agricultural products to marketing.

Services area are in Petroleum products, liquefied Gas, Lubricant Oil, Agro- Allied Products, Industrial Chemical Supply and Services, Automobile Dealership, Sales of brand Motors Vehicles and parts, water works, drilling of bore hole etc.
